This is what we do

We provide an online therapy platform that helps match you with the right therapists and captures what happens between sessions, so therapy starts with clarity, not reconstruction. Understanding is built in continuity, not in fragments.

Therapy relies on reflection —

but relfection is noisy.

People don’t forget everything. They forget structure. Days blur together, emotions mix, and patterns disappear. We help bring structure back — so nothing important gets lost.

When life moves on, meaning blurs

You don’t leave therapy confused. You live your life, and weeks later try to explain what actually mattered. It’s not that you forgot. There was just no place to organize it.

Reflection without structure introduces bias

Clinical reflection depends on retrospective recall — and recall is incomplete. Patients accurately recall only about 30% of key therapeutic content. Between 20–50% of between-session work is not completed, largely due to recall bias and lack of structured reflection. Sessions often begin with reconstruction instead of intervention.

Better data changes outcomes

When therapy is supported by structured, continuous data, outcomes improve. Measurement-based care improves depression and anxiety outcomes by up to 24%, and formal feedback nearly doubles patient improvement rates. The bottleneck isn’t therapy — it’s the lack of continuity between sessions.

Only ~30% of key therapeutic content is accurately recalled

After sessions, only about 30% of key therapeutic points are accurately recalled — even when patients are motivated and engaged.

+24% better outcomes with structured self-reported data

When therapy is supported by structured, patient-reported data collected over time, outcomes improve by up to 24%.

How it comes together step by step.

Here’s how we support therapy from the first match to more focused sessions — without getting in the way.

01.

Start with a short assessment

A simple intake helps us understand your needs and what you’re looking for in therapy. No searching. No guessing.

02.

Get matched with the right therapist

We match you with a therapist who fits your profile — clinically and practically. You can change anytime.

03.

Reflect between
sessions

Between sessions, you reflect on your well-being and context — when you have time and space. Simple. Structured. No pressure.

04.

Sessions start with context

Your therapist sees data and patterns from between sessions. Less recap. More meaningful work.

Effective therapy starts with clarity — both clinical and financial.

On Solena, sessions are designed to be effective from the first minute — and priced transparently from the start. No complexity, no fine print, no surprises later.

+40%

Increase in therapy effectiveness due to patient logs

Every session costs $60. No subscriptions. No hidden fees. No surprises. You pay for the session — nothing more.

Safety isn’t something you should have
to think about. It's build in.

Your reflections are personal. They deserve a space that feels safe — technically and emotionally. We’re intentional about what we collect, how we protect it, and what never leaves your control.

What you bring into this space

All data is collected and stored in a secure and encrypted environment. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. Your data is accessible only to you and your therapist with your consent and our team.

Account & access data, like name or display name, email address, and authentication credentials that are secure and encrypted.

Self-reported well-being data such as overall mood, perceived stress, emotions you select, general sense of well-being, decriptions of your feelings and experiences.

Intake & matching data like questionnaire responses, stated therapy goals & expectations, preferences regarding therapist style or focus.

Triggers & context - situatuins or events you identify as triggers, social, work or personal context, recurring themes you notice over time.

Behaviors & coping patterns - behaviors you choose to log, like avoidance, overworking etc. and coping strategies you noticed using.

Reflective notes - short reflections or summaries, meaning you assign to experiences and anything you choose to write, in your own words. We do not analyze, label, or reinterpret notes.

Temproal & pattern data - time-based grouping, frequency and continuity of entries. We don't use this data for scoring and predictions.

Therapy continuity data like aggregated views of emotions, triggers, and behaviors over time, context summaries supporting session preparation.

What stays private

What you don’t choose to share never enters the system. There is no background tracking, no hidden collection, and no silent access.

Therpay session content or transcripts - we don’t record, store, or analyze what is said during your sessions. Conversations stay between you and your therapist.

Audio or video recordings from sessions - sessions are never recorded. There is no playback, no archive, and no way to revisit sessions outside the therapeutic space.

Device sensors - we don’t access or monitor your device sensors. Nothing listens, watches, tracks, or measures you in the background.

Messages, emails or call metadata - we don’t collect communication data outside the platform. Your private conversations and contact history remain private.

Diagnoses, clinical decisions, or treatment plans - we don’t store diagnoses or make clinical judgments. Therapy decisions stay with your therapist, not the system.

Data from other apps, devices or services - we don’t pull data from wearables, health apps, social media, or external platforms. What happens elsewhere stays elsewhere.

Anything you don't explicitly choose to share - nothing is collected passively. If you didn’t choose to reflect on it, it doesn’t exist here.
